By accessing courses, lessons, or educational assets hosted on BeTutor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not purchase or access these services.
2. Course Enrollment & License Grant
Upon successful enrollment or purchase of a course on BeTutor, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and view the course materials for educational purposes.
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast any video lessons or proprietary assets.
- Account credentials and OTP codes are strictly non-shareable.
3. Payments & Taxes
All course fees are specified in INR (or academy base currency) and include applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise. Payments are securely processed via certified PCI-DSS payment gateways including Razorpay.
4. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior in all community feeds, discussion forums, and lesson comments. Violations of conduct may result in termination of course access without refund.
